Wind Stength: F5
Surf / Sea State: Chop
Air Temperature: 18
Sea Temperature: 16.9
Weather: Sun
Max Speed:
Distance Covered:

Quite offshore and flat so hard to judge wind, and well-powered on 6.2m Gusty and no lulls. Eventually wind swung a bit more xshore and picked up, though I hung on to 6.2m too long before changing down to 5m.
With handier 5m got most of port gybes in and toeside rides away, though maybe only half toeside gybes after figuring need more speed, concentrate on balance and hold arm straight - then they worked. Even got one toe to heel flying switch in.
Even though gusty was good session as long as gust not too strong foiling works.
